15.03.2005 The first Internet
payments system launched in Belarus.
EasyPay system has been launched in Belarus within the framework of
the joint Belgazprom Bank and Open Contact internet provider scheme.
The scheme has been developed according to the resolution of the National
Bank of Belarus Board.
This system is functioning on the territory of Belarus only, requires
registration and intended only for juridicial persons. The maximum payment,
according to National Bank of Belarus Board resolution, is restricted
and should not exceed EUR 200.
